Russia’s invasion of Ukraine
This war took place about 20 miles south of Jerusalem around 960 BC. The Philistines controlled cities on the coast of Israel, today it is Palestine. Tensions are often high between Israel and Palestinians living in East Jerusalem, Gaza and the West Bank. Gaza is ruled by the Palestinian militant group Hamas, which has fought Israel many times
Today on 3-29-22 Hamas has carried out 2 attacks on Israel over 10 people were killed. Hamas stated “We express our blessing to the Tel Aviv operation.” The world needs to wake up, especially the younger generation that walk around with phones in their faces, War is real and people die. It is becoming clear that the end times are approaching to this woke world, this is just my personal opinion!
The war
- The battle was fought in the valley of Elah, today this is between Palestine and Jerusalem
- Comparing the Old Testament battle between the Philistines and Israel and Russia invading Ukraine today are mind blowing, Russia is the Philistines, the big bully on the block attacking the Ukraine which is the underdog. In the Old Testament battle King Saul was the underdog
- If Israel would have lost, what would the balance of power in the middle east be today?
- If Russia conquers Ukraine today, what would the balance of power be in Europe, the NATO countries, and the USA since we are part of NATO?
The Philistines gathered their armies to battle at Shochoh, which belongs to Judah, and pitched between Shochoh and Azekah, in Ephesdammim. And Saul and the men of Israel pitched by the valley of Elah, and set the battle in array against the Philistines. They stood on a hill on one side, and Israel stood on a hill on the other – 1 Samuel 1:1-4
